Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even an amazing night life. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafe.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

The parking is available upon request if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai (Mall of the Emirates is 15 minutes by taxi and Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall are 20-25 minutes by taxi). Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

Many things are accessible by foot via Marina Walk (grocery stores, pharmacy, restaurants, etc.)

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a metro station or a ferry, the DMCC Metro Station is less than a 10-minute walk. This also connects to the tram station if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. Meanwhile, there are yacht rentals surrounding the building if you fancy renting one.

The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The its routes include Marina Mall, Dubai Marina, and Marina Promenade.

In accordance with the local laws, we will need a copy of passport of all guests checking in which will be uploaded on the DTCM (Department of Tourism and Commercial Marketing ) portal. Housekeeping, airport transfers, laundry and other services can be provided during your stay at an extra cost. Baby cots and Baby high chairs are subject to availability. Smoking is allowed on balcony only. Parties are not allowed. Please be respectful of 'rules of the land' and the neighbors.
