Built in wardrobes, full -------n and toweling provided, and a fully self contained kitchen. The bathroom includes a bath. Walk Darling Harbor, The Rocks and all conveniences, transport, shops and the best city landmarks museum art gallery etc. This is a bright warm comfortable atmosphere.

Guest Access

High speed Wi-Fi internet included, flat screen digital TV , fully functioning kitchen with all utensils glassware and crockery included. There is also a clothes washing machine/dryer or you can use the main laundry facilities on the Mezzanine level. Ironing facilities are within the apartment.

24 hour concierge, rooftop heated pool spa gym and sauna with excellent harbor & city views, and a fully licensed restaurant on the ground floor.

Excellent views from the apartment of the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras parade starting point.

We (Peter & Rupesh) will ensure that you enjoy your stay in Sydney. Do not hesitate to contact us for help or advice while you are staying. When you collect your keys our business cards with our contact details will be included. Put the card in your wallet and from then onward we are available on the mobile numbers all hours.

For your convenience we offer three key collection options for you to choose from. 1. Your keys can be held for you at our real estate office located en-route between the airport and the property. 2. Your keys can be held for you in an envelope marked to your attention and held at the property address ground floor reception desk. 3. Your host can meet you at the property address to pass keys and familiarize you with your apartment (a small fee applies).... In all cases your apartment will be serviced and all ready for you to enter and relax.

The building also has 24-hour security and concierge. The apartment number is 308 and is located on the 3rd floor.

The Neighbourhood

Close to all conveniences, shops restaurants Sydney’s Oxford Street, Darlinghurst night life, and the best city landmarks, museum, art gallery, Sydney Harbor, Sydney Opera House, China Town, Darling Harbour & Sydney Convention Center etc. This location is also the Parade starting point for the Sydney Gay & Lesbian Mardi Gras

Getting around

Underground City-Rail train, Museum, St James or Town Hall Stations all close by. Buses, plenty of taxis, or walk almost anywhere.

Taxi from the airport will take about 20 minutes and cost about AU$37. You can also catch the train from the airport and alight at the Liverpool Station on Hyde Park. After you exit the station walk for 3 minutes up Liverpool Street towards the east, and you will reach the building. There are also many tourist bus services from the airport to the building door.

Rule 1. 
If you feel that you are not comfortable to give us a 5-star guest review please contact us and allow us to help make your stay comfortable.
Rule 2.
The apartment is a “street-shoes off” space.  Please remove your shoes on entry and for your personal comfort we would like you to use the complimentary hotel slippers we provide.
Rule 3.
Sauna Gym & Swimming in the Rooftop pool is between 6am and 10pm daily.  Plastic only drinking cups in the pool area (no glass please)
Rule 3.
Each level of the building is secure and your two security fobs give lift access to your apartment floor, rooftop, mezzanine level laundry facilities, and after-hours foyer entry.  Cost of lost fobs is $150 per fob.
Rule 4.
Keep apartment fresh. Place perishable garbage down the garbage located on each floor each night before sleeping.  Don’t store garbage inside overnight. 
Rule 5.
Please report any major breakages or damages in the apartment as soon as possible as we do not want to inconvenience our next guests.
Rule 6. 
This is a commercial contract and the normal rules and regulations of New South Wales & Australia apply, and you need to give us access to the apartment if we require.
Rule 7. 
We reserve the right to request early vacation of the apartment and refund unused nights.

Very well positioned accommodations with a nice city view and overlooking Hyde Park. Charming hosts! We’d stay here again.

Location was superb, right in the middle of Sydney with easy walk to OperaHouse. Grocery store and liquor store right across the street. Check in was easy and the building is clean - dated but clean. Hallways smelled musty. Main street location did however make for a noisy unit and doubt the windows have ever been washed. Bed in this unit was very comfy although disappointed with kitchen supplies. Owner left 2 pouches of dish detergent and enough soap for 1 wash in the washer/dryer. We went and bought a months supply of each for all of $5. Frying pan was old and worn and only 1 sharp knife. For a few dollars they sure could have upped the kitchen. Light bulb burnt out and 1 roll of toilet paper supplied. Washer/Dryer unit was awful - washed ok but the dryer takes for ages and is as loud as can be. Gym was god awful, old equipment, smelly and no TV so we went up the street and bought a weeks membership at Fitness First. Pool area looks better in pictures than it is and only 2 chairs around the pool. Overall rating superb on location and so / so on the unit and less so on the building amenities. Price was great but I'd be looking for a better equipped unit.
