What makes this property unique

Vista Vela is conveniently located 5 min from Cabo downtown. Easy access by four lane Los Cabos Highway 1 from the San Jose Del Cabo Airport, Costco is right beside us and a small plaza with 4 restaurants, bank and a convenience store across and up the road named Nogales. Walmart is less than 5 min away by car. Beaches - Medano (5min) and Chilleno (10min) by car. Nearby Plaza Novva has a cafe and pastry shop.
We have construction noise til December 2023. There is a new grocery going in across from Costco.
